Quick, trusted, and capable support team We got the Learndash Verify & Share plugin but for some reason, the certificate image was not showing up when trying to share on the various social media platform so we had to reach out to the Wooninjas support team. They didn't reply lightning quick but it was fairly quick enough, and ultimately, they helped me solve the issue from start to end. Great support, thank you, and well done!

Timely response from support team I started having some issues with the LearnDash Certificate Verify And Share plugin because it was not displaying the verification page correctly. I contacted Wooninjas technical support, who promptly responded to my request and resolved the issue efficiently. I recommend Wooninjas products because despite having the lifetime version of the plugin for a few years, their response to my requirements is very fast. Over the years I have had two events and both have been resolved satisfactorily.

Untrustworthy team... I purchased the LearnDash Certificates plugin from wooninjas.com on July 6, 2023. I have not received the download file, let alone the license to activate. On the wooninjas website it said that my order was pending, but I had already paid with a credit card. So I reached out but got no email responses. Support only responded a few days after I requested a refund via 2Checkout. They said they hadn't seen my order on their website (Congratulations on the organization). They claim that info@ is not the right email to contact. But it is from this email that I received the order confirmation on the website. The same email is also disclosed for contact. After much effort, wooninjas acknowledged the fault and asked me to cancel the refund with my bank. But as of today, July 21, 2023, I still haven't received the amount back. If you need a reliable plugin with support, I don't recommend Wooninjas. They have a serious communication and organization problem.

I ask to customize the learndash advance quiz plugin they did it in notably short time with regular quick support how the plugin is performing. Awesome Service, Support and Technical team........

never provided results the team changed scope of work - produced no results, padded the hours worked -- logs show how much activity they did in my system -- and they over stated hours by 10x. they changed the parameters of the work despite stated goals. they have a serious communications problem and just do not do project plans despite numerous requests for project planning documentation so we could track progress. the dev team refused to have a call with me - was only ever allowed to talk to the sales guy who seemed to misunderstand every conversation and spent most of his time talking and repeating himself rather than listening and understanding. in the end I sent them $3500 and got nothing for it -- and no refund despite the lack of progress and overstated hours of work.
