Far better software and getting better all the time! AccountantsWorld is the best! We have had them since we started and have grown significantly. We tried another software for a couple years along with AW. It was too cumbersome and time consuming so we got rid of them! Several of our clients came from the big guys but now won't use any other platform!

Payroll Relief - I give them an F for requiring pre-funding! We've used Payroll Relief for two years, and while it's very expensive and not at all user friendly (with slow support responses), we were reasonably satisfied until last month. We had already paid the renewal fees (did I mention expensive?), when a week later they announced that they were going to REQUIRE all companies move to pre-funding their taxes (withdrawing and holding the taxes the company will owe, sometimes for months at the time the payroll is done). Our clients do NOT want to do pre-funding. We left another large payroll company years ago because they were going to require pre-funding. I called and spoke with customer service, asking for an exception to this and they refused. We will lose all of our clients if we REQUIRE them to pre-fund, so now we have to find another payroll solution. I also asked for a refund and have not heard anything back. This is nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic, waiting until they have our money and then announcing a change that we have not choice to decline. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Adding AccountantsWorld Payroll Relief… Adding AccountantsWorld Payroll Relief has been one of the best decisions I have made. I can now profitably and efficiently monitize payroll. I have already taken all my clients out of ADP/Paychex and put them in Payroll Relief. I now collect the fees that they would charge the client. User Interface is far easier than ADP/Paychex. I highly recommend adding Payroll Relief if you are seeking addition revenue for your firm.
