I was overall impressed with… I was overall impressed with Qualtranscribe's product and customer service. The transcriptions were excellent and accurate, and the formatting made it easy to conduct an analysis. I appreciated having access to a shared folder to upload recordings and receive finished transcriptions. However, there was an extended delay in getting a number of transcripts finished and despite a number of attempts to communicate my concerns, my emails were ignored. I do understand that businesses get overwhelmed at times, and when my emails were finally answered, the situation was resolved and I received a discount for my troubles. I recommend Qualtranscribe to graduate students who need quality transcriptions at a reasonable rate.

Easy to order, accurate transcripts Have been using Qualtranscribe for interview transcripts for about 6 months, I've been quite happy with the transcript quality, ease of uploading and ordering, and the communication with customer service.

Unreliable company — never completed my order, still waiting compensation 4 months later The overall quality of the transcriptions is good, and would recommend for that. However, I have had an overall unprofessional and ridiculous service from qualtranscribe. I sent about 12 interviews to be transcribed mid July, and still, now end November, my file is not complete. It took 2 months for me to receive the second-half of my interviews. I am still waiting for the promised compensation, and they did not answer my last e-mails. I also realized that my last interview transcription was not complete, stopping 30min into a 75min interview, which I payed for. If you are any kind professional, I could not recommend this service because of these issues. Unreliable.
