With a constantly changing social media and digital environment, trust is extremely important. Anytime i need anything, the team at Ashworth are extremely quick to respond. 5X ROI is an amazing claim, but is it true? We hired Ashworth in April of 2022 to help us get a higher ROI and scale our Digital Ads. They advertise that their avg client gets over 5X ROI. This was not the case for us. We worked with Ashworth for 5 months and never reached 2X consistently. Moreover, their team made mistake after mistake that cost us. i.e. They set up auto emails for post purchase and various flow emails, yet they did not set them up correctly and those emails were not sending. They did not even notice this after there monthly reports about our account. I had to dig around and find out why we were getting such low returns to find out that they built these flows incorrectly and thats why they were not sending. Whats worse, they blamed us and took no responsibility. This agency is not equipped to do what they advertise. They have no plan or proven system. Any agency claiming 5X ROI will have a mapped out system, so make sure to ask for this beforehand. I also suggest any business considering working with Ashworth to ask plenty of questions about time/resources/money it will take to get the Returns they want. How long will it take to reach X? How much will you need to spend to get X? I'll end this on a note about their integrity. As we were approaching the end of our contract date, i could see the downward trends with no signs of profitability in near future. So, we decided to not renew our contract. I gave them 3 weeks notice, thinking they would let us out of contract since their returns were only yielding 1.3X. Not the case. They debited our account within minutes of me notifying them that we were not renewing. They didn't even pick up the phone to call to ask us why, just straight to the bank for their final $5K from us. Sad. --- My response to Ashworths reply on Nov 27 --- You are confused. Your avg client is not getting 5X. Do your homework people. Call their clients. Ask good questions. Don’t get shiny object syndrome. You may have to be rude after discovering their oversights and failure to make you a profit. PS - I read the other reviews and they don’t feel scripted at all. --- My response to Ashworths reply on Dec 26 --- If i could attach a screenshot to this review, i'd show you a picture of your home page where you've published (in Headline Font) that your "Average Client ROI is 5.58X". So, are you sure that you "never ever give an average"? Tip - Before you publish something, ask someone else to review it. Wow! 30X for one! That's amazing. 5X Avg is starting to make some sense now. Client 1 = 30x. Client 2 and beyond = 2X. 👍 PS - I bumped your review up from a 1 to a 2 Star since you've been so reactive here.

Great team that delivers results At first, I was hesitant to work with an ads agency again because I had a negative experience in the past, and I didn’t want to waste my money. But Ashworth Strategy was different. They took the time to understand my business and my goals, and they came up with a plan that worked! The key is to trust their process and let them do their job. I’m happy to say that I’ve seen amazing results and can’t wait to continue working with them!

HUGE SCAM! HUGE SCAM!! Run away from this agency!! I should have read the negative reviews and paid attention to the details on them before hiring this agency because I totally agree with everything one of the ladies on the negative review said. You just watch, Tamara the owner will be leaving a long response because she's very confrontational and unprofessional. Obviously their "positive reviews" are from Tamara's family, friends and employees because if every single customer was satisfied then why don't they have video testimonials of each one of them?? Hmm🤔 I had a bad gut feeling about them when Kelsey their sales rep was super pushy trying to sign me up. She literally texted and called me EVERY SINGLE DAY for months until one day I told her to stop and I would let her know when I was ready, until Tamara the owner, hopped on a call without even any previous notice that she would be on it to convince me and close the deal... they succeeded. These people WILL RIP YOU OFF with absolutely NO remorse like they ripped me off!! First, let’s start by saying their retainer fee is US$5,500 for the first month and they promise you you’ll get your ROI the first month because they would take care of the "low hanging fruits" and tweak your ads so you make money in the meantime while they launch "the ads", well, MAJOR LIE!! Then they charged me again the 2nd month $5,000 and THEY HADN'T EVEN LAUNCHED ANY ADS!!😱 VERY QUICK TO CHARGE YOU!! After a long wait, about 5-6 weeks later, then they "launched the ads", with absolutely no new creatives, like, what was the whole point on hiring them? I was better off using an AI ads platform like "preflect ads" which I've used. Then they're supposed to take care of your email marketing and their emails were no different and better than what I was already doing by myself, so again, what's the point on hiring them? I had no results beyond 2.0 ROAS at all! Before they charged me the 3rd month I let them know I wasn't happy and I wanted my money back because I was very upset with their performance which there had been none and they refused to issue a refund and gave me the run around saying they worked on my account, blah blah blah, well, doesn't matter how hard you work on anything in this life if you don't show results! They don't want you to even look at your ads manager, but I had a strong feeling something was up because I was getting almost no sales... well, sure enough, I looked at my facebook ads manager, google ads manager and shopify users and to my surprise ALL OF MY ADS WERE SHUT OFF AND THEY HADN'T LOGGED INTO MY SHOPIFY FOR WEEKS!!😱 So obviously I got very upset, filed a police report and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I contacted Tamara directly and told her I'd do a press release letting the world know of her scam and she said I didn't need to threat because she was ready to issue a refund if I signed a release that I wouldn't post my review or say anything publicly in 3 different emails, then she has the guts to send me one last email saying she wasn't going to issue the refund and I had to talk directly to her attorney😱 WOW! like if I did any business with her attorney! When they were ready to rip me off, WHERE WAS THIS ATTORNEY? These people are incompetent, unprofessional and have no clue about Facebook ads, google ads and email marketing and on top confrontational!! I literally waisted thousands of dollars more on ads and I could have done better working by myself directly with facebook (yes you can get invited by Facebook to work with one of their experts directly and trust me you'll do a lot better and don't have to waste money on any agency which is what I'm doing now). AGAIN, RUN AWAY FROM THEM, THIS WOMAN TAMARA ASHWORTH IS RUTHLESS!! Wish I could add screenshots of all of my statements! UPDATE ON TAMARA'S ANSWER: I knew you'd come on here after my honest review and give your spiel lol! I wish I had come to Trust Pilot and read Darren Pace's review before hiring your agency because what she described is exactly what happened to me with you. It's SO LOW of you to try to put me down saying I've had issues so you can look better. I've already had a few people contacting me on social media asking me about your agency and of course i told them THE SCAM you are and if you don't believe me I'll gladly email you the screenshots! What a coincidence that you promoted on your website's homepage that you had a 5.0 on Trust Pilot and after my review was verified by them, it is no longer on your website? You even had the courage to tell Trust Pilot that you didn't do any business with me and I had to provide them with my credit card receipts. I've been a hard working business owner for 13 years and after you ripping me off with $10,500 I had to bring to light to YOUR POTENTIAL VICTIMS what you're about and hopefully they hire a real agency for fraction of the price! I can refer one!

They have been so hands-on, knowledgeable and helpful in managing our ads. Our campaign manager is always responsive and creative in picking the best photos and messaging for our brand.
