Its only been 2 months but.. so far good I have only been with Ashworth about 2 months and so far I am satisfied. I signed up right before Black Friday and they were able to get some ads and stuff running for the holidays even tho they asked for time to get my account going. So far my results have been great. And unlike my last ad company they have great communication.

Great team that delivers results At first, I was hesitant to work with an ads agency again because I had a negative experience in the past, and I didn’t want to waste my money. But Ashworth Strategy was different. They took the time to understand my business and my goals, and they came up with a plan that worked! The key is to trust their process and let them do their job. I’m happy to say that I’ve seen amazing results and can’t wait to continue working with them!

When we came across Ashworth When we came across Ashworth, we taught the promises was too bogus especially for a startup like us who was barely 6months old in our business but decided to give them a trial. Once we started with them , we went from barely 4 orders a week to 40 orders in 2 days. And the best part is that this frequency of orders has been consistent and increases as the days goes by. We definitely are so happy we trusted our guts to use Ashworth.. We have had to employ new staffs because we need more helping hands as our orders keeps going off the roof. If you are in doubt, just quit doubting and go ahead to use them. If a 6months old business like ours could thrive with Ashworth , then any business can.

Ashworth Strategy is the definition of… Ashworth Strategy is the definition of client focused. They spent the time to truly get to me and my business, and a trusting relationship was established immediately. With a constantly changing social media and digital environment, trust is extremely important. Anytime i need anything, the team at Ashworth are extremely quick to respond. 5X ROI is an amazing claim, but is it true? We hired Ashworth in April of 2022 to help us get a higher ROI and scale our Digital Ads. They advertise that their avg client gets over 5X ROI. This was not the case for us. We worked with Ashworth for 5 months and never reached 2X consistently. Moreover, their team made mistake after mistake that cost us. i.e. They set up auto emails for post purchase and various flow emails, yet they did not set them up correctly and those emails were not sending. They did not even notice this after there monthly reports about our account. I had to dig around and find out why we were getting such low returns to find out that they built these flows incorrectly and thats why they were not sending. Whats worse, they blamed us and took no responsibility. This agency is not equipped to do what they advertise. They have no plan or proven system. Any agency claiming 5X ROI will have a mapped out system, so make sure to ask for this beforehand. I also suggest any business considering working with Ashworth to ask plenty of questions about time/resources/money it will take to get the Returns they want. How long will it take to reach X? How much will you need to spend to get X? I'll end this on a note about their integrity. As we were approaching the end of our contract date, i could see the downward trends with no signs of profitability in near future. So, we decided to not renew our contract. I gave them 3 weeks notice, thinking they would let us out of contract since their returns were only yielding 1.3X. Not the case. They debited our account within minutes of me notifying them that we were not renewing. They didn't even pick up the phone to call to ask us why, just straight to the bank for their final $5K from us. Sad. --- My response to Ashworths reply on Nov 27 --- You are confused. Your avg client is not getting 5X. Do your homework people. Call their clients. Ask good questions. Don’t get shiny object syndrome. You may have to be rude after discovering their oversights and failure to make you a profit. PS - I read the other reviews and they don’t feel scripted at all. --- My response to Ashworths reply on Dec 26 --- If i could attach a screenshot to this review, i'd show you a picture of your home page where you've published (in Headline Font) that your "Average Client ROI is 5.58X". So, are you sure that you "never ever give an average"? Tip - Before you publish something, ask someone else to review it. Wow! 30X for one! That's amazing. 5X Avg is starting to make some sense now. Client 1 = 30x. Client 2 and beyond = 2X. 👍 PS - I bumped your review up from a 1 to a 2 Star since you've been so reactive here.
