Amazing customer service—LEGIT! I was skeptical at first, but after having ordered multiple labs I can 100% say Ulta Labs is legit and reputable. I hate going to the doc but I’m a nosey hypochondriac so this is perfect lol. I even screwed up my order once and I emailed them about it, they promptly responded and corrected it for me within 15 minutes. Will use them for all my labs going forward.

I had a similar experience as previous… I had a similar experience as previous reviews. I got a needle stuck in my arm and blood taken from my body only to be told several days later that the test could not be performed because the specimen was bad. I called the company and they will not offer any kind of reimbursement or refund. They also said there's no way to contact anyone at the lab. I really needed those results.
