Bloodwork Made Easy I scheduled blood tests online and had many choices for appointment dates and times. Once I arrived at the local testing center, I checked in via kiosk and within 10 minutes or less, I was getting tested. Results came to my email quickly. This was a very professional and trouble-free process.

Best option for blood work As a Canadian travelling through the US I was unsure what to expect when I needed a blood test. How lucky was I to find Ultra Labs!! I was able to create an account, place an order and go to a local lab for the sample draw all in the same day! So convenient and easy. Plus the cost was very reasonable even with the exchange rate. As an added bonus I received my results the following day. The report was sent via email and was easy to read and forward to my doctor. Thanks so much!

The price was right and results were quick I was able to use my FSA card to purchase a lab test combo (testosterone and PSA) that was less expensive than the competitor's price for just one of the 2 tests. I scheduled the lab test online, went to the local Quest Labs, and then I received my results by email from Ulta a few hours later. The only complaint I have is the mobile website isn't the simplest to navigate. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and I would recommend Ulta to others.

Ulta Lab Tests stole my money I purchased a set of lab tests from Ulta Lab Tests. In the confirmation email I received it noted in bold font to bring a "PSC Requisition form" to the test lab. Unfortunately, Ulta Lab Tests did not provide me with a "PSC Requisition form" and there is no where to download or access such a form on the Ulta Lab Tests website or in my online account. That means I paid for a service I am unable to use. I can only assume Ulta Lab Tests is a scam since only a totally incompetent person could have designed such a poor process. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be filing a complaint with the Arizona and Pennsylvania Attorneys General offices (which is where Ulta Lab Tests and its sister company PWNHealth LLC are based).

Amazing customer service—LEGIT! I was skeptical at first, but after having ordered multiple labs I can 100% say Ulta Labs is legit and reputable. I hate going to the doc but I’m a nosey hypochondriac so this is perfect lol. I even screwed up my order once and I emailed them about it, they promptly responded and corrected it for me within 15 minutes. Will use them for all my labs going forward.
