The best hosting service so far (Not sponsored) The server has a great performance, the support team is incredibly helpful, patient, personal, professional and available. Most of my problems and doubts get quickly solved in less than 10 minutes of wait time on their discord. They also have some nice discounts and bonuses like a free backup slot, and unmetered storage :)

Simply the best. I've seriously tried countless hosts for many games, Minecraft, Rust, Ark, etc. NONE of them remotely compete with Snakecraft's elite support, pricing, and reliability. -SUPPORT: I cannot express enough how excellent the support is. In every instance I had a problem (which was always my own fault, and not any issue with the service) the support always resolved my issue asap. -QUALITY: The servers themselves are top notch, always great ping, never had any services go down, and overall just great. -GREAT PRICES!!! Seriously, this is the cheapest host I've used and for once the prices actually feel fair. I'll literally never go back. -USABILITY: The interface they have is ELITE. It's VERY cleanly laid out. The interface is simple, yet provides you with EVERY option you would ever need to work on your server. The 'Startup' tab for game servers makes it effortless to get your server up and running the way you want while reducing the amount of time you spend fumbling around in text documents. If you're having doubts about giving them a try I can promise you that you won't regret giving them a shot. I've gone through all the forums, all the posts, and have personally experienced somewhere in the realm of 10 of the most popular hosting services and have never been more satisfied than I am with Snakecraft.

Good hosting and incredible customer service Setting up the server and managing it as well as any added plugins and mods was easy, the prices are very good compared to the competition and the server runs beautifully and with minimal lag and downtime. The customer service was fast, polite and very helpful, and convinced me of having made the right choice in picking a hosting service :)

Promising startup but not yet ready for… Promising startup but not yet ready for production use in a business setting due to inflexible plans and lack of enterprise features. I look forward to seeing this resolved in the future.

I only wish it were easier to upload… I only wish it were easier to upload and mount custom ISOs because I do that frequently.
