As someone who is completely tech and software illiterate, I am very thankful for the fast responses of their staff and their willingness to help install mods, plugins ect. In Addition to the great server hosting, they also managed to create an active and engaging community in discord. They are also constantly looking to improve and take big value in the feedback that they're given! With all the MC servers I've had so far, I definitely feel like Snakecraft hosting has been the easiest and also most engaging option that I've had so far!

Best service Snakecraft Hosting have the best support of any host I have ever used. They have worked closely with me to get my server into a running state, and have been there to help as my server has grown in size. The servers they sell are excelent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering the purchase. I wouldn't have been able to fix many of the issues I was having with my server without them.

Above and Beyond!!! Everything, Ethan was awesome, you could tell he has been working hard as he send the wrong communication to me and you know it ate him up, I told him life happens, it was funny, but again Ethan was bad ass!!! He went above and beyond, he helped point me in the right direction when I couldn't figure out my configuration, walked me through a few steps and blam, up and running. Also helped me connect to the discord to ask further questions about adding people to a whitelist.
