GBEasy setup and great customer experience! I found Relay through a personal referral and I am so grateful I did. Starting a business came with a lot of decisions and Relay made it easy to get started for free and immediately. Their customer service is especially helpful- if the AI feature can't help right away they generate an email for you and someone from Relay responds quickly. I hope they are able to integrate Zelle in the future but, other than that, I feel grateful to be banking here!

Getting to customer service is not a hidden feature as it seems to be everywhere else these days. Each inquiry I have made has been answered in an exceptionally timely manner.
