I emailed my concern due to taking weeks n was told they would check it out n get back to me, I received it in the mail later that day. You should maybe send out the emails that you tell people they'll receive instead of having the person just waiting for weeks with no word

I feel that the cost is fair since they include shipping, but not too happy with the added cost to a third party to pay for the transaction. I would have preferred to pay Monterey County directly for the transaction, but the order was processed by VitalChek. An extra fee that was not necessary and more costly to already grieving relatives.
