Vitalchek Delivery Service is Terrible Vitalchek is foolish to use UPS as a carrier/delivery service. UPS is one of the very worst companies I’ve ever encountered…and 92% of reviews on Trustpilot leave only 1 of 5 star ratings. Wake up, Vitalchek…do better!!

Long Form of Birth Certificate The experience and company is great. Needed my birth certificate that had my time of birth on it. I was able to order what they call as the long form of the birth certificate and received it within a couple of days with no issues.
