Excellent platform with best in class support We've been a client of IMS going on 3 years now the platform has greatly exceeded our expectations. IMS was well worth the investment from day one and has only become more valuable with their regular rollout of new features and improved functionality. It's a game changer for anyone in the real estate investment business.

The investor portal is terrific and the… The investor portal is terrific and the bones of the product are solid. We need better (or any) reporting ability and overall metrics for the investor portfolio (i.e. avg rate of return across all investments).

My Investors love the platform and are engaging with it and using it frequently. I also love that I can invite investors to invest from my iphone if I am on the road and store all the signed documents online.
