Usage is simple; but of course it requires commitment and perseverance. Our site is medium in size. The assistance is punctual and always solves my requests. FAST and great CS! Have been using their services for a couple of yers. As happens with Wordpress themes, with the abundance of third party plug-ins, something is bound to break with an update. Flothemes is always VERY quick to respond and figure out the issue, which is more common than not, a third party plug in and not their fault. I appreciate there amazing customer service.
