I haven’t just submitted one ticket, but several over the years I’ve used their templates/services. They are quick and efficient and have always been able to solve the issue. There are plenty of great options in terms of website templates out there but their support team alone is enough of a reason why I’ll never use another provider!

Advanced Setup 🌟 I just launched a new Pronto site I love and can easily manage moving forward. The advanced setup service was exactly what I needed. Dan was incredibly patient and helpful when I didn’t understand something. He was always quick to troubleshoot any issues I was having. I’m so appreciative and happy I didn’t try to launch a new site alone!

FAST and great CS! Have been using their services for a couple of yers. As happens with Wordpress themes, with the abundance of third party plug-ins, something is bound to break with an update. Flothemes is always VERY quick to respond and figure out the issue, which is more common than not, a third party plug in and not their fault. I appreciate there amazing customer service.
