I haven’t just submitted one ticket, but several over the years I’ve used their templates/services. They are quick and efficient and have always been able to solve the issue. There are plenty of great options in terms of website templates out there but their support team alone is enough of a reason why I’ll never use another provider!

Usage is simple; but of course it requires commitment and perseverance. Our site is medium in size. The assistance is punctual and always solves my requests. If something cannot be done, they have always suggested alternative ways. We are very satisfied with Flothemes! Run away Run away! They are migrating off of Wordpress for just Pixieset. The dropped the news on their clients very recently, but continue to sell the theme. I just redid my website last winter and now apparently I’ll be redoing it AGAIN. They’ve known this was coming since 2021. Why wait except out of greed. Hope you see this before they delete this as they’ve been doing for other negative reviews!
