Great product & great support! While I had a bit of a learning curve, which I consider normal, I was always able to get help in both video and text format. I imagine the help desk would have been another great resource, but it was tax time and they were busy. I didn't have the luxury of time and needed to get my report to my Accountant asap. I always ended up finding answers to my queries. Great product and undeniable great support! Highly recommend it - what a time saver!
