Truly terrible login system. I'd give Koinly a 5 * as it works really well and is very useful. The problem is trying to login. The Captcha system doesn't work very well. I typically have to to perform over a dozen attempts with the pictures - a big incentive to find another provider. I found the voice version works better, but that seems to be off-line quite a lot. It's truly weird that a rubbish gate-keeper stops you from using a good product.

It’s an easy to use app It’s an easy to use app. Spend some time getting used to it, and setting it up, and all is well. Tax reports are very helpful, especially as the tax laws are constantly changing. Always in THEIR favour of course. Been using it for around four years.

Beyond my expectations My first time using Koinly and within minutes my tax affairs were sorted. Over 10,000 transactions, which would of been simply beyond me to calculate by hand. The price was also beyond my expectations and beat the competition. Very impressed.

I can't imagine anything better. The service is great as far as I can tell. It seems trustworthy, and I understand why it exists, but the entire crypto tax scheme is so confusing that it leaves you hoping that everything is correct when you use a service like Koinly. It's certainly better than anything I could have ever done on my own, and I plan to use it hence forth. I'm glad that it generates the actual tax form (8949) that the IRS wants. My accountant found that very helpful. I tried a couple different services and I found Koinly to be the most accurate and least confusing.

Excellent support! Had an issue with a ticker that was listed differently on one of my exchanges, which caused incorrect listing on Koinly. After submitting a ticket the issue was corrected super fast. Really impressed with the Koinly support. Great product, I don't know what I would do without it. Thanks Koinly.
