I think the only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I am still in the middle of the process and need to wait until I get my PC before determining if it is 5 stars.

I've been looking at this site for awhile.. I've been looking at this site for awhile now (few years) And I love the fact that you choose the brand of laptop you want then you'll find out what party's are upgradable you max out the ram get plenty of options (if the laptop allows it) upgrade the screen again if it's available I bought the laptop model that does an optional external liquid cooling (cooling upgrades alone had me sold) you pay for brand you want and the parts you want. This is a much needed upgrade for my Dell Inspiron gaming laptop that's about 10+ years old. Either way I'm more then certain my steam library or epic games library will be able to run on this with no issues.

Second laptop from them! Love them. I ordered from xotic pc several years ago, that laptop has been rock solid. I've always built my own custom gaming rig, but when it comes to custom laptops this is the place to buy from. Great laptops with quality parts, and pricing is great.

No issues. Website is smooth and precise. No issues with errors or things not working as excellent. Plenty of photos to look at. The answers to all my questions were already available on the site. After my order I sent a message outside of business hours and was followed up with early Monday morning. I was able to pay using PayPal. I have not received the laptop yet but my experience to this point has been what excelent.

Xotic website was so easy to navigate… Xotic website was so easy to navigate and it had the most information you needed on whatever item you were looking at. They made it easy for finance with direct access to the financial institution. The quick responses either via chat or email was outstanding! In addition, the status update of your order is like no other. Very happy how their customer service is and can’t wait to receive my pc.
