Customization There are things I would like to talk about customization the spec that I like and don't like. Compare to other company, I really think xoticpc provide better choice to customize the spec of the PC/laptop that you want. However I hope it could still be improved to take care some people who don't really use the computer for gaming. For example, I might need a powerful CPU and a lot of RAM. But I don't need a powerful GPU, eGPU is good enough for my use case. I don't think xoticpc consider such scenario. It would be good if xoticpc could provide more accurate estimated time to expect to get the computer during the purchase.

Takes a while for the process of a trade in Used the trade in (still awaiting for the credit) Looked at multiple configurations before I decided on one with the help of chat. They put me a configuration together. Still awaiting for build and shipment date. Over all extremely happy with my purchase.
