GBThey made a mistake and willingly corrected it Thanks I was sold the wrong product. When I asked if it could be the wrong product they insisted that it was correct. I spent more time trying to make it work and then pointed out that it seemed to be the wrong product. Once we were on the same page they took responsibility for the mistake and immediately refunded my money. Even though this transaction was a bit of a mess I'd give them another shot at my business next time. You changed your reply to say that you don’t support the product that I was sold the key for. That’s fine but you sold me the key even though I asked for something for Windows 7 Embedded. I’m not trying to make a big stink about this but I did spend a waste a fair amount of time trying to figure out why it wouldn’t work. Mistakes happen. Not a huge deal but your reply was not an honest representation of what happened.

IEExcellent Service & Support Found BEMO through search with Microsoft. Easily transferred licenses to their service. BEMO advised on which licenses based on our needs - extra security for e-mail and better management of devices. Customer service has been prompt and excellent.

GBShort notice - great service We needed to have our GoDaddy Office 365 tenant moved quickly. We contacted Bemo to see if they could meet our time requirements, which was to be totally migrated in less than two weeks from our initial call. The next day, we had a short meeting with their specialist to go over our requirements. Bemo agreed to have us migrated within our time requirements. They started mid-Monday and had us migrated by Sunday, all done in 5 days. Bemo's support team did a great job. They took all the stress out of a major system change.

GBThe BEMO team did incredible work The BEMO team did incredible work. We were with another provider and we had many Outlook issues that no matter how hard we worked or how much money we spent, couldn't be resolved. BEMO took our migration to Microsoft 365 and poof, every problem gone. The after the migration support is second to none. send a quick email, moments later you are talking to a support agent OR the OWNER. Great people, great attitude, great product!

GBI'm impressed so far I'm impressed so far. I usually dread communicating with tech companies because typical communication skills sometimes require much deciphering and back-and-forth. But communication from BeMo is efficient and clear, and they swiftly addressed a couple of issues that came up for me at sign-up. I could also tell that their in-house communication systems are well-oiled. I haven't received product support as I had expected, however.
