GBWonderful and fast service... Wonderful and fast service... TapeandMedia.com has always been very fast and responsive to our needs. We've been buying tapes from them for over a decade, and I won't use anyone else. The labels are accurate and the shipping is expedient (most recently they came in overnight!). They also made sure to note on the web site that LTO8 tapes are currently hard to get, an suggest an alternative for LTO7 M8-labeled tapes until the LTO8 lawsuit is cleared. Highly recommended.

GBDelayed order and missing parts unresolved I placed my order online, but then it was delayed when the seller questioned the validity of the order. They left a voicemail, but it was over the weekend and my order was delayed 3 days by the time I was able to reach them at the beginning of the week. When I received the discproducer pp-100ap, it was listed as having 5 blank discs included with the purchase. There are NONE... only an empty place in the packaging for them. I left a voice message a few days ago, but still haven't received a response about the missing items. For a printer over $2300, I would assume that a couple of dollars worth of discs would be a simple fix, but not yet.
