GBThey had what i needed in stock ready… They had what i needed in stock ready to ship, my previous supplier was BO for 2 weeks. Pricing was equal, received exactly what i ordered in just a few days. I now have a new supplier and the old will be the back up.

GBDelayed order and missing parts unresolved I placed my order online, but then it was delayed when the seller questioned the validity of the order. They left a voicemail, but it was over the weekend and my order was delayed 3 days by the time I was able to reach them at the beginning of the week. When I received the discproducer pp-100ap, it was listed as having 5 blank discs included with the purchase. There are NONE... only an empty place in the packaging for them. I left a voice message a few days ago, but still haven't received a response about the missing items. For a printer over $2300, I would assume that a couple of dollars worth of discs would be a simple fix, but not yet.
