GB2am Christmas Night Support 2am on Christmas Night (technically Boxing Day Morning), Amsterdam 1.0 goes offline - I'm half asleep, so our bot calls me to notify me of the downtime. Within 60 seconds of asking if anyone was free - we had a Senior Systems Engineer (Peter) on the case fixing the issue. Within 10 minutes, he'd identified the issue, and within 30, it was fixed. Excellent turnaround.

PHStellar service. Ordered a server mid July 2022, deployment was fast. Firewall was a bit confusing at first but after getting it set up works great. Speeds are good and 10Gb unmetered for the price is stellar. Planned to expand and order another server but the website showed it as unavailable. Opened a ticket, support checked and found an available one at the location needed. All in all 1 hour and another server up and running. For now nothing but positive points for Tempest Hosting.

GBOver a DAY of DOWNTIME Downtime of over a DAY on dedicated machines in Dallas when some genius thought it would be a good idea to last minute move racks of servers to a new datacenter without any warning. Whoever made this decision needs to seriously reevaluate their position. Ran by monkeys.
