GB2am Christmas Night Support 2am on Christmas Night (technically Boxing Day Morning), Amsterdam 1.0 goes offline - I'm half asleep, so our bot calls me to notify me of the downtime. Within 60 seconds of asking if anyone was free - we had a Senior Systems Engineer (Peter) on the case fixing the issue. Within 10 minutes, he'd identified the issue, and within 30, it was fixed. Excellent turnaround.

NLBest hosting company. By far the best hosting company i have used. Our population because of their anycast solution has increased by allot on our game servers. The Tempest support team also has very fast response times. Our servers were getting attacked allot by ddos attacks on our old host. Since we moved to Tempest we feel nothing from those attacks anymore cause of their superior ddos protection!

GBTempest the far superior hosting Tempest has been quite a journey. When I joined they didn't really do anything for rust hosting. We knew the network they had is more then enough to handle rust. They quickly adjusted the network and fixed issues we had to support and handle rust. They built specific filters for rust to quickly manage attacks. We continue to work with them to help improve the experience for all rust servers. I highly suggest them for the optimal ddos protection.

The customer support person seemed more argumentative of the situation then trying to understand and assist is navigating the issue with me. Telling me to feel free to check the logs. The goal here was to help me resolve the issue understanding that i am not an IT subject matter expert. Conversation felt demeaning and will lead to me canceling service soon.
