GBMerchants may be fraudulent and SendOwl takes no responsibility I was defrauded by a SendOwl merchant and while SendOwl did try to get in contact with the merchant, that merchant is no longer around and I made a payment that I am unable to recover. The onus should be on SendOwl to prevent fraud among their merchants and also to notify consumers who have transacted with a SendOwl merchant known to be operating fraudulently.

SEUnreliable, not a serious business Not serious, do not trust them. Makes promises that they won't keep, hiding behind "well our business partner is no longer here and it's their job to help you, not ours". Basically pretends to be a reliable source of software, but they aren't, so take your business somewhere else to someone that cares more about their customers.

SendOwl has made selling digital products a seamless process and the customer support provided any time I have had to seek assistance has been prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

ESGood but... I've been using Sendwol for a week and everything works perfectly. It's just what I was looking for, some simple platform to sell my courses online. But the support is pretty bad. I've been emailing Paul for three days on a major VAT issue and all he does is answer my questions with totally generic answers. I have to insist and insist to get nowhere... When a platform is technically good, but the support isn't, it's a shame, because it could be perfect, but it's not. (I edit this review and increase the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Support has improved. I am satisfied with the platform)
