EXCELLENT Customer Service I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. Great experience with the product as well as the company So far things are great. Received the tracker within days. Set up was easy, as the directions and book included explained it all. I had some questions and called for assistance. I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional help I received. Not only did my questions get answered but I felt very comfortable not just like another number..I would highly recommend this company and any product they have.

My son contacted you to tell you that… My son contacted you to tell you that we were having problems adjusting the sensitivity because the alarm for the “fall” feature would activate by just twisting my wrist. We have had no reply from you as to how to correct the problem.
