GBEXCELLENT Customer Service I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. GBGreat experience with the product as well as the company So far things are great. Received the tracker within days. Set up was easy, as the directions and book included explained it all. I had some questions and called for assistance. I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional help I received. Not only did my questions get answered but I felt very comfortable not just like another number..I would highly recommend this company and any product they have.

GBMy son contacted you to tell you that… My son contacted you to tell you that we were having problems adjusting the sensitivity because the alarm for the “fall” feature would activate by just twisting my wrist. We have had no reply from you as to how to correct the problem.

Sarah talked me thru the set up and continued to correspond with any questions i had along the way. my first watch had a malfunction with the heart rate feature and the exchang of product was quick and easy. my new watch is working fine and easy to use which is important since it will be for my 88 year old mother.
