EXCELLENT Customer Service I had many questions about their GPS dog tracking collar. I called, left a message. They called me and answered all of my questions. They stayed on the phone with me while I set up my tracker, they were wonderful! The customer service is excellent. They are helpful, polite and very knowledgable about their product. Excellent Customer Service I purchased the IronClad Pet Trackers for my dogs after trying out several other competitors that just did not work for us and returned them. The IronClad ones do the tracking they are supposed to (GPS) and their customer service is excellent. Their support team helped me with several questions (before and after the purchase) and even quickly incorporated feedback that I provided to improve their software. They were responsive in their emails and even called me to give me an update for an issue. The overall service seems very reliable and the cost is very good - much better than many of their competitors.

Quality products, will be purchasing again I bought their camera detector and passport holder and I’ve had a great experience. Their products arrived beautifully packaged and I take them with me when I travel now. I have to buy another passport holder now because my boyfriend wants one! I feel a lot safer traveling as a woman with their products. I’ll definitely be purchasing again from them in the future.
