GBamazing customer service I ordered the rug, but it arrived in the wrong size. However, the customer service promptly replied, and the team sent me the correct size rug very quickly. Now, I have the right size beautiful rug and am very happy with my experience with this company. Highly recommended!

GBDifficult to return I received the rug pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it did not look as good as the picture online . I contacted them for a refund and a return shipping label to send the rug back. I received a refund but have not received a return shipping label even after several emails. I am concerned if they will try to re-charge me since they haven't received the rug. Their policy states they will send a return shipping label.

GBAll good here Shipping and tracking were clear and timely, I got the correct rug but I'm giving 4 stars because the color is off. Although whenever I take a picture it looks different than in person so it may just be a difficult color to capture. Good quality though! No complaints. Haven't washed it yet but it seems constructed well enough that I don't anticipate any problems.

GBLovely rug! The rug is lovely however the colour is not right for us. After a lack of frustrating communication to return the rug I have now been gifted it and given a full refund for the frustration this order has caused.
