Lovely rug! The rug is lovely however the colour is not right for us. After a lack of frustrating communication to return the rug I have now been gifted it and given a full refund for the frustration this order has caused.

The carpet is beautiful The carpet is beautiful. Just as pictured and just as we imagined it would be. However, the delivery time was a little longer than predicted. But that wasn't a problem for us. Suggestion for improvement: We contacted them by email and asked when the carpet would be delivered/sent off and received no reply at all. We only received a reply via the chat contact on the website. That was a shame. It would be better if the customer is informed well in advance. Thanks anyway. But after all we are happy and would buy a carpet again.

Beautiful rugs Beautiful rugs and great customer service. Rugs are thinner than traditional rugs, which is what I expected from a machine washable rug. Delivery took 2 weeks from order when it stated earlier, which is the only reason for 4 stars. Think I will get a Christmas one for next year!

Difficult to return I received the rug pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it did not look as good as the picture online . I contacted them for a refund and a return shipping label to send the rug back. I received a refund but have not received a return shipping label even after several emails. I am concerned if they will try to re-charge me since they haven't received the rug. Their policy states they will send a return shipping label.
