GBWe updated our Router and we no longer… We updated our Router and we no longer had inter-office communication. The new router was blocking the connections. After several trial and error attempts, they figured out the solution. It was great to see them continue to try and resolve the issue.

GBGreat customer service, love the voip Had a problem with one of our base phone and all of our cordless. Call CS and got a tech immediately. He was great, issue on base was just a matter of changing its setup and cordless just had to be rebooted. Tech walked us through solution for each so we would know what to do if it happened again. Have had very few minor issues over the past year of using Onsip. Customer service is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. This voip phone system has been great for our business.
