GBPoor support, advertised features not actually available Lot's of promises of features made that have yet to be delivered. Several that we found out were never available in the first place that were promised in the initial sales pitch as well. Poor service as well that has taken a couple months to even get to a usable state for our company. Still many dropped calls and connection issues but all support ever says is that it is not them and that it must be on our end instead of helping find a solution.

GBWe updated our Router and we no longer… We updated our Router and we no longer had inter-office communication. The new router was blocking the connections. After several trial and error attempts, they figured out the solution. It was great to see them continue to try and resolve the issue.

GBHad issues with phones working Had issues with phones working. Immediately helpful, fixed in under 5 minutes. The more important factor in give the Five Star rating is that they make their customers feel important to them as they worked quickly to resolve our problem. We have been with them for over 10 years, seldom need to call, but always pleased with the results.
