About anxiety while testing live. My student, a 9th grader, was nervous at the beginning of the listening/speaking live test for Greek. He said that the evaluator was very nice and right away he felt comfortable and was able to perform well.

ALTA was able to work with us and our unique needs I really appreciate that ALTA was willing to work with us on our most recent virtual community workshop. We understand that ALTA is very considerate of the interpreters and we appreciate and respect that. But we also appreciated that both ALTA and the interpreter were both flexible to facilitate our workshop given the characteristics. We were also very happy with our interpreter Lindsay Lopez-Segura who was helpful starting at the pre-meeting with the set-up and logistics and all the way through to the end.

I needed a last minute translator for… I needed a last minute translator for an appointment the next day. Ashley called me back after hours to make sure I got the paperwork I needed to have an interpreter on the phone for my patient. The are always friendly and on time when we call.
