Fast and Flexible! The scheduling team is the most responsive and flexible group I've worked with. We had to manage over 40 students across 5 high schools in 9 different languages and multiple layers of supervisory availability. ALTA always makes it happen seamlessly AND within 24 hours. The customer service rep was unable to… The customer service rep was unable to provide me with instructions on the website because she couldn't see what the customer sees. I think that your customer service reps should be able to see what the customer sees. The rep did try to assist me the best she could and I appreciate the effort.
