Stellar customer service My product got lost in the mail and after sending a complaint about it, Stephen swiftly moved things forward and requested a replacement, and expedited the shipping at no cost to me - now that’s what I’m talking about. Zazzle has always had stellar customer service.

Soo many choices! Soo many choices! Every color to match your theme. One nicer than the next. The ease in personalization-even editing further than whats shown. Amazing The invites were as shown - the pink was a little peachy toned but still beautiful. And the best feature is the addressed envelopes - you’d only expect that on really hi-end invites. Thanks Zazzle for making this part of the celebration go so smoothly!!!

4/27/24 Zazzle can do very nice work … 4/27/24 Zazzle can do very nice work . . . . except when they don’t. I ordered business cards and when they arrived I found the word “cell” was not next to my cell phone number. I e-mailed the company and was told I didn’t include the word “cell” in my design. They said they’d give me a credit so that I could re-order. When I got on-line to do so I found: (1) I HAD included the word “cell” in my design; ( 2) The credit did not cover my new order. When I asked why that was I was told that the initial S&H charge could not be credited. In my experience, Zazzle always finds a sneaky way to charge customers more than they expect to pay. So-called Zazzle deals and discounts are always diminished by other hidden costs that show up during check-out.
