The description was hard to decipher because i wanted a colored handle and colored inside which i thought was called two toned. So i didn't get the mug i wanted and it costs too much to send it back and exchange and pay for shipping again. My loss

Address Labels I was moving out of state and ordered new return address labels, The tracking number showed they had arrived, but I never received them. My sister lives on the same street, so I thought maybe they were delivered to her by mistake. However, they were not delivered to her house either. I sent an online message to customer service and less 24 hours they responded, They are going to reprint my address labels and upgrade shipping at no additional charge. I’m very appreciative and love all the products we order from Zazzle!!

Zazzle is Excellent I have used Zazzle before and always been satisfied. I had a problem with the recent order and they have remedied the issue quickly.
