GBOne of the best support service teams out there. Your support team is always responsive and goes out of the way to help resolve an issue to the customer's satisfaction. In a real crunch it's comforting knowing you can count on support in a timely manor.

GBExcellent Customer Service Rep.- Abhilash R - NameHero.com Customer service representative Abhilash R. did a great job in helping me get a couple technical issues resolved with a new .com name I registered with them. NameHero has great customer service. You have a live rep on the chat feature within minutes and will even do whatever needs to be done for you, after asking your permission. They are very knowledgeable and fast in resolving issues. I've had to ask for assistance a few times and each time was the same. Consistently, customer service's efficiency and effectiveness has been excellent, along with my issue being resolved every single time almost immediately.

GBThey actually care! Great partner! As a tech solutions provider partnering with NameHero has been one of the best decisions we have made. The support is fast to respond and they take the extra step to make sure that problem is resolved. They understand the root problem.

GBThe dashboard is horrible Updated review: After leaving my initial review, they went above and beyond to reach out. The head of customer support left a message wanting to personally run me through the platform and show me where everything is, so I can say that the customer support is very good and with some minor UI/UI streamlining they will be a great option. Previous review: The dashboard is horrible. Even just purchasing a domain through namehero and getting it live is a hassle. Having to find cpanel buried pages deep and then create the domain again to add it to your hosting package etc. None of it is intuative. All I wanted to do was buy a domain, add it to my hosting and install wordpress on it and it took hours to figure out. Why not just have a simple button 'add domain to hosting package' or similar?????
