The person I worked with The person I worked with, Tony, was efficient, knowledgeable, straight-forward and kind. The tech, who I only met as a cursor on the screen and a little chat, really seemed to know what he was doing. As I am not a techie, I can only trust that what they did was sufficient to solve the problem.

So far so good So far so good. Only criticism is that I had to speak to a number of people before issue was resolved. In addition, one person told me I could walk away from computer and he would call me when done. He did not. I looked at computer and saw that he had signed out. Unacceptable!

Good support from Eric. Eric really did, Chris not so much; Nash was nice; supervisor James Halpert was so good to talk with and as I told him and Eric, I hope I can avoid switching to the new Outlook because if what I have been using is discontinued I will have to find a new email platform!! Tell that to Microsoft!

Easy to use The were able to get in and handle the problem without the potential frustrations of trying to follow instructions over the phone. The main issue and a secondary issue were both resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Solved problem efficiently and quickly Title tells it all. In all fairness, however I did find the technician's accent difficult for these 93 year old ears to understand and the telephone audio was somewhat broken up. Things probably took a little longer to accomplish because of repeated questions of requests for my inputs. Final outcome however was five star.
