You never answered my question about why I never got a notification letter that I could pick up my packag. You have over 5000 reviews that’s saying the same thing. Obviously you’re awful at what you’re getting payed to do. You can’t deliver and you can’t even answer your customers questions. I’ve Never been in touch with such a useless company before.

Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD… Unacceptable that there is a $21 COD charge on a $29 purchase. Canada Post is the end agent and could not find any reasons behind what those charges were for as they assumed that there was going to be a break down on the label, but nothing on label just a sticker saying you owe us an extra $21.23 if you want your already paid for including shipping purchase. Very poor....
