SGTerrible Waiting for my parcel (EC188615361BE) for more than a month now. It seems to have vanished in the air. Just look at all the replies they give to people complaining on this platform. They do not seem to take their own responsibility to all the missing packages by just saying "contact the seller...", but what are they really doing to improve their services and help retrieving your shipments? Never again...

PLMy package probably got lost My package probably got lost, no updates since last week. Only information on the tracking page is "Data Received". Throughout the years I used many different delivery companies, but landmark is truly the worst one. AVOID Update 22.03 - After almost a month package was finally delivered. I'm not sure what happened and why it took so long to transport, estimation was that it will need 10 business days maximum.

RSMy package got delivered into the wrong… My package got delivered into the wrong letterbox, I live in a building complex with multiple letterboxes at the same address. I wasn't called on my given phone number when the delivery was made, but on the portal it says adressee was unreachable. There is no way for me to retrieve my package, I don't even know where it is. Please put me in touch with a local delivery person who can help me get my package.
