Customer service rocks here!!! I will speak about the sales and customer service experience with the Trackhawk team, I had questions regarding the shipping and the unit. They we able to answer everything through the chat and a fella named Steve (which I am yet to decide if he is an AI or a live agent😁) was able answer me very fast and knew everything I needed. Shipping was as promised and flawless. Once I install it, I will include the review in the unit itself.

LIFE SAVER What made my experience great? Trackhawk helped me and my installer to answer any questions that we had with the installation and GPS Killswitch. Also they help us setup information on the app. The device is awesome! I give it five stars. I highly recommend you have someone to install it with experience. We owe a luxury car rental business. We had several people who had stolen our cars, is the reason why we purchase the device. Now we will have a peace of mind knowing that we have a killswitch that can prevent the thief from stealing our cars and not getting to far away.

5 star SERVICE I received my unit when the country was dealing with the cell outage, and had issues connecting my unit. The tech that took my call not only got a different unit online and shipped, but personally followed up and made some tweaks to my settings. 5 stars for service, 5 stars after using the product for the first 3 weeks! GPS Tracker for my HVAC Company I installed 4 GPS trackers from Trackhawk a couple of weeks ago and the experience has been great! I own an A/C repair company and will be adding their trackers to any new vans I buy.
