5 star SERVICE I received my unit when the country was dealing with the cell outage, and had issues connecting my unit. The tech that took my call not only got a different unit online and shipped, but personally followed up and made some tweaks to my settings. 5 stars for service, 5 stars after using the product for the first 3 weeks!
