GBI ordered a cts turbo kit and did not… I ordered a cts turbo kit and did not get injectors because I wasn’t sure which ones I wanted. Now I’ve been trying to get ahold of the rep that sold me the kit for over 2 weeks and after I spend $3000 I can’t get a response even tho I’m trying to spend more money. Pretty aggravating after spending 3k and trying to spend more.

GBXlr8 saved the day Products were shipped promptly. It was a direct ship from Integrated engineering. Integrated shipped the wrong part but xlr8 was right on it. They got it straightened out and the correct part was shipped out in a day. They saved the day because i had an appointment to get the car in the mechanics.

GBKnowledgeable people Knowledgeable people, helpful have excellent products. Have not installed the part as yet, winter or raining. Just installed the product. Fits perfect though two OEM of the VW upper strut mounting screws were very difficult to remove. Have to be very careful not to strip. Neuspeed stress bar fit perfect. There is a company that makes the same. Be wary of it. It’s a fake Neuspeed and requires cutting

GBWas better shop 10 years ago. Had my suspension and sway bar installed which was noisy and clunking and still has been. Alignment was performed but steering angle still feels off, with no alignment sheet given to show what car was aligned at. Was told it would be sent over to me and never was. Car was tuned by Racingline on the dyno and returned throwing error codes and was returned twice to try to have the problem solved and had to be returned to stock, response was "well its been fine for us we don't know what to tell you". Not the type of response you want to hear when someone is doing performance work, makes you believe they are unsure of what they are doing. It was a very frustrating way to spend $2100 and not be satisfied in the end especially not to have documentationfor the alignment or dyno sheet usage. Had previously used Xlr8 in the past 10 years ago, the customer service and value for the customer was better then than it is now. During all this not once did a manager try to help in any of my return visits. Used to love coming to have work done on my MK6 10 years ago, now its worth looking elsewhere for performance work.
