GBE46 325 Scorpion cat back I ordered a fully cat back from scorpion. Packed came quick (3 days or so) but was damaged…dents all over the muffler and resonators. One pipe was completely smashed inwards. Very poor quality. Also, the exhaust flanges that meet up to the headers were 90° off and didn’t even line up correctly. The pipes were about 3 inches short from the header connection. So I am going to have to cut and weld on the correct way

GBMissing parts in package I was impressed with the quick turnaround in receiving my package. Very quick delivery. But my package came with missing parts. I ordered an intake and the mounting bracket was missing. That was disappointing and irresponsible.on your part. You should make sure all contents of package are included before sending out.

GBReassured hiccup Shipping was fast. I was upset at first to find out only the gauges made it with no other tracking showing the pod had been shipped separately. After contacting customer service they informed me it was on the way. Got it the next day. Other than that hiccup everything went smooth and I would definitely order from them again.

GBWas better shop 10 years ago. Had my suspension and sway bar installed which was noisy and clunking and still has been. Alignment was performed but steering angle still feels off, with no alignment sheet given to show what car was aligned at. Was told it would be sent over to me and never was. Car was tuned by Racingline on the dyno and returned throwing error codes and was returned twice to try to have the problem solved and had to be returned to stock, response was "well its been fine for us we don't know what to tell you". Not the type of response you want to hear when someone is doing performance work, makes you believe they are unsure of what they are doing. It was a very frustrating way to spend $2100 and not be satisfied in the end especially not to have documentationfor the alignment or dyno sheet usage. Had previously used Xlr8 in the past 10 years ago, the customer service and value for the customer was better then than it is now. During all this not once did a manager try to help in any of my return visits. Used to love coming to have work done on my MK6 10 years ago, now its worth looking elsewhere for performance work.
