Our driver Our driver, Louis, arrived promptly and was a gracious driver/host! He was able to quickly adjust to unexpected changes and displayed a very patient and pleasant attitude. The ride was smooth and comfortable. We would certainly contact Coach America for other excursions.

Steve has been able to provide… Steve has been able to provide transportation for our college this year without any issues. He follows up on trips before and after to make sure we're picking up in the correct locations he texts drivers names and cell phones to our staff so they know who is driving and in case there are any last minute changes. I highly recommend Steve and appreciate doing business with him

Coach America to the Rescue! Coach America was able to accommodate two last minute trips when another charter company canceled our trips with little notice. Every communication was professional and prompt, buses arrived on time and the trip was a huge success. Thank you for coming to the rescue! It's been a pleasure working with you.

Subpar Experience, But Effort to Rectify After We did not have a good experience with Coach America. Our bus was entirely too hot. We needed to ask the bus driver multiple times to please turn the air down, and eventually to just turn the AC on. The televisions didn’t work, so our bus full of children couldn’t watch the movies we planned to watch. The toilet in the bathroom was super shallow, which really freaked out our toddler. The bus was late to pick us up at the end of the day, so we got home later than we had planned for. Dylan from Coach America did reach out to me about this review almost immediately. He shared that this was likely a subcontracted bus and driver and not one from their actual fleet. He seems extremely passionate about this company and the quality they are known to provide, which is not indicative of this review. He also offered to make a donation to our organization, which certainly goes above and beyond thoughtful and was certainly not my intention with my review. If we were to need their services in the future, I would feel comfortable giving them another try provided they can ensure that we will be provided with their bus and staff.

We had a wonderful experience with this… We had a wonderful experience with this company. They have truly professional and courteous drivers with amazing representatives to support you in any endeavor. Overall, excellent! We will be utilizing them in the near future for other events.
