GBIve noticed several transactions… Ive noticed several transactions debited from my account over the last few months because they were small amounts i didnt really notice til now. Two were £5.99 and looking back into my accounts two more transactions of £8.44 and 0.80 were taken frim uber. I quickly got onto the resolution centre with paypal and have had 5.99 returned to me. However the other amounts are still outstanding with uber. I have made an online complaint which is now pending. No reply as yet. It makes me nervous to think that someone has access over my card to enable this. I will have to investigate it with my bank. Be careful and check your statements ay all times.

GBUsed Uber to go to Blackburn from… Used Uber to go to Blackburn from Langho, ended up leaving my car key in the taxi. When I called Uber to ask if they had found my key, they said they had and the Uber driver call Faisal actually delivered the key to me. What a great guy! I know some other taxi firms wouldn’t have even looked for it! Thank you Faisal!

GBThey OVER Billed me and I CANNOT Contact them to correct it! Rides were fine but I am pissed that you cannot email or speak to customer service. I know that's the idea but when there is a need, UBER needs to step up and fix a problem. They disconnected their only phone line and don't give choices in the app or online to address actual problems. I get it. That's how they save money but I am confused at the billing to my credit card. They added charges that weren't in my original booking. There's no way to contact them with an issue. SUCKS!!

DEGenerally good and practical Generally good and practical. One time in Faro i tried 10 min to get a driver, but no one accepted. i changed from the Saver fare to the non-Saver fare and it worked immediately hmm

GBGet Amy help ! Spoke with Amy on passenger support extremely unhelpful doesn’t have a clue not sure why she’s on a helpline and actually avoided telling me how to go about complaining. Was told I’d have an email to follow explained I’m not confident can this be done whilst I’m on the phone. No email. Will not be using Uber again after this experience.
