GBTerrible customer service This is a complaint about customer service not a driver. Joined uber 2 years ago, never used them so deleted the app. Reopened as now wanting to use them, spoke to young girl from Thailand, Philippines ? and explained that I needed to change my address on app. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and kept putting me on hold in the end I hung up, absolute joke as I wanted to use uber in Spain 😡

GBI frequently use Uber and have enjoyed… I frequently use Uber and have enjoyed professional service from countless drivers. My issues with Uber are specific to the fees they charge and how little of the fare I pay is paid to drivers. I am reviewing my latest receipt from my trip earlier today. I see a fee for time, another for distance, a base fare fee and a booking fee. When I speak to drivers, I share what I am being charged and they share what Uber is paying them. Most often Uber is taking 60%+ .. how do the drivers make $$?

SEWhat a clown company What a clown company, update your details due to new app version!! Someone should be fired, once done you get your history back but not able to order, clearly not for us who visits more then one country a year, clown show

GBWhy does Uber sometimes charge extra… Why does Uber sometimes charge extra when it’s not even your fault. If we agree on this amount, it should be the same amount to the end like taxis. The thing is soo annoying and painful. Sometimes the driver takes long or uses the wrong route and I have to pay for it. Sometimes there is traffic and I have to pay for it. I pay extra amount just because there was traffic. Traffic is something we passengers cannot do anything about nor the drivers. So Uber please, if we go with this amount, it should be that. My brother had to pay £40 extra. That’s too much.
