GBCarfax is a scam Carfax has a report I never signed up for. Allstate sold them an estimate repair! Wow carfax has to be a bunch of?? They are calling feathering or color matching as damage false report. Paint matching is not damage. It was a new truck parked in private property involved in a hit and run. Minor damage to right side. The way carfax has the reported makes it look like truck was in a accident. It was not even a police report just an incident report. Carfax refuses to use police incident report. It will make there claim look false. Carfax is worthless they act like GOD! FALSE REPORT BOUGHT FROM ALLSTATE. Sad thing is false report is based off an estimate not a final bill. This place is a joke!!

GBPoor Preformance This report states nothing. I received a call from a "potential buyer", and they ask me to run a wheelbrief report. I did and it cost me too $40.00, and when the person did not show up to see the vehicle at the agreed time and place I realized they were actually an agent for wheelbrief selling these stupid little reports. Im sure they made a ton of money on my $40. It was an a@#hole move on there part but stupid of me. Won't happen again and I will be certain to tell everyone I know what a crap site wheelbrief is!

GBThis company’s sales people act like interested buyers to trick private sellers on AutoTrader into spending $40 on scam car reports. TOTAL SCAM! I had a very similar experience to many other folks. I posted my car for sale on AutoTrader and an interested buyer with a (346) area code reached out. He wanted to buy the car but first needed me to buy a wheel brief report before meeting up for a test drive. Thankfully I found these reviews and didn’t do it. Don’t fall for it, it’s a total scam!!

GBSmelled like a scam Smelled like a scam. A few months ago I had the same experience with another bogus website and thankful I didn't put my info in. This one was from a 312 number and seems to be another variation on the theme. Besides, it is more expensive than a reputable report from vendors that have been out there for decades. Check what the vendors the DMV recommends. Red flag when someone bases the premise of buying a car on only a report from a company no-one has ever heard about.
