GBI drove over 6 hours to get my camper… I drove over 6 hours to get my camper on April 1st. I made an appointment with the sales person and we arranged everything over the phone. When I arrived 15 minutes early to the dealership I was told they had no idea I was coming and I was placed in a line of people to wait to do my paperwork. I was there over three hours waiting, with a 6 hour drive back home after. It is now May 11th and I have not received my title by mail. In the last week and a half I’ve left THREE separate voicemails and sent emails attempting to speak with someone about this issue, with NO RETURN CALL/EMAIL/ANYTHING. Save the frustrations and go somewhere else to purchase your RV.

GBService department is HORRIBLE Sales experience was great and they gave the best price BUT... Service and tech is horrible. My trailer got dropped off and the hot water heater does not work, The electrical part of the fridge does not work, damage to the table / trim / and other areas (they said they would replace table and trim months ago but still have yet to see them. I've call service to walk me through fixing the hot water heater and fridge but they are ZERO HELP. Access panels they refer to don't exist and they have ZERO desire to fix it. I now have one hell of a expensive box with no fridge and hot water.

GBGreat selection and customer service We had a great experience working with Staci to find the camping trailer that best fits our family. She was helpful and generous to stay a few minutes late to walk us through different options. We went to other RV dealers in UT and felt rushed as the store was closing. Staci was great at communicating and the dealership did an exceptional job at getting the trailer prepped quickly.

GBWorst experience we have ever had I would never deal with Castle Country again totally crooks unprofessional unwilling to stand behind what they sell or take care of warranty claims The sales department was great but once they have your money They are useless Don’t return phone calls and make a lot of excuses with no follow through on anything they tell you

GBAwesome Dealer I was in the market for a 16 ft enclosed aluminum trailer and was seriously considering a used one in Salt Lake City until I discovered a new one for sale at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT. The price for the new trailer was even cheaper and had many more upgrades. Gave them a call and Keith Mason had the trailer ready for me that day. Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend you give the a look when shopping.
