Best deal and service My wife and i have been looking all over Las cruces,nm and el paso for a good deal on an enclosed trailer, we got bate and switched by a competitor and my wife called trailers plus, made an appointment, and was treated right by the salesman and the gentleman who prepped the trailer. Without them I would have been stuck for the night in Redlands, but they were my knight in shining armor. Totally professional, easy location to get to, and they fixed my problem for me and mm back in the road in no time, and after hours too. Your policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.
