Helping a friend. I was able to easily identify the correct part for my friend's furnace and get it ordered. It came in quickly and I was able to repair his furnace right away. When you live in an RV, that is a blessing! Heat is very important, especially for an octogenarian. Thank you for helping me make his life better.

What made the experience great was the…Great service, great follow up What made the experience great was the fact that the part I ordered was needed right away and someone took the time to let me know that particular part was a special order, so I had to cancel, and you processed the refund very fast.

Replacement oven door was received… Replacement oven door was received promptly. Customer service was good. I just find it very disappointing that they don’t offer just a replacement glass for the door. I should be able to get a replacement glass for half the price of an entire new door.

I ordered (2) two items I ordered (2) two items, that weighed maybe 6 ounces. Paid for 3 day delivery. $24.00. Items took a week to arrive at our winter home. We have left and returned to Pennsylvania. So, they are NO use to me now. Will not be back to South Carolina until, October.
