From initial application to actually… From initial application to title actually received is to long. When you give option to provide to alternative address, please explain required documentation will be needed later & once required documentation is provided there will be more time required to process. Long frustrating experience, should have been able to do everything at same time.

Total Scam Total Scam, thought was in the NYS DMV website...charged $66 more than an actual registration , then kept asking for mor infomaiton. No one answered phone calls or returned email request to stop the transaction. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
